Dolomite powder making is generally divided into dolomite coarse powder processing (0-3MM), fine powder processing (20 mesh-400 mesh), as well as ultra-fine powder deep processing of dolomite (400 mesh-1250 mesh) and micro powder processing (1250 mesh). ―3250 mesh) four types.

Stage One: Crushing
The large dolomite materials are crushed by the crusher to the feeding fineness (15mm-50mm) that can enter the grinding mill.

Second stage: grinding
The crushed dolomite small pieces are sent to the silo through the elevator, and then sent into the grinding chamber of the mill uniformly and quantitatively through the vibrating feeder for grinding.For fine powder processing, YGM High-pressure Suspension Mill, MTW Trapezoid Mill,  can be used;For ultra-fine powder processing, HYM Ultra-fine Powder Grinding Mill can be used.

third stage: grading
The material after grinding is graded by the separator, and the unqualified powder is graded by the separator and returned to the host machine for re-grinding.

fourth stage: powder collection
The fine powder enters the dust collector with the air flow through the pipe for separation and collection, and the collected finished powder is sent to the finished product bin through the discharge port by the conveying device, and then the powder filling tank truck or automatic baler is used for packaging.
