Due to the hard texture, high strength, and high silicon content of the material, granite has a strong mode effect on the wearing parts of the equipment. Therefore, the jaw crusher, cone crusher, and impact sand-making machine based on the principle of laminated crushing are usually used in the sand-making of granite to reduce the force of materials and wearing parts, thereby prolonging the service life of the equipment.
1. Granites are sent to the raw material warehouse by forklift or dump truck.
2. And then evenly fed to the jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder, and the material is crushed to a particle size of about 150mm, and then conveyed to the cone crusher for crushing through the belt conveyor.
3 The crushed material is classified by a vibrating screen, and the 0-5mm material is sent to the wheel bucket sand washing machine through a belt conveyor, and then sent to the finished product stockpile after water washing.
4. Materials >30mm are sent to the cone crusher by the belt conveyor for further crushing and then classified by the vibrating screen to form a closed loop.
5. Materials with a diameter of 5-30mm are sent to the centrifugal impact sand-making machine for crushing through a belt conveyor. The crushed materials are classified by a vibrating screen.
6. Crushed materials that do not meet the size requirement are sent to the centrifugal impact sand-making machine for further fine crushing to form a closed loop until the material meets the specifications of the finished product, and then sent to the finished product stockpile after washing.
