Adopt glycerin seal form to isolate dust from lubricating oil and ensure reliable operation. Standard, medium, and short head types can be selected for coarse, medium, and fine crushing operations according to customer requirements.

Product Features

Break the crushing principle of conventional crusher, adopt the laminated crushing principle, increase the mutual extrusion and grinding force of materials in the crushing cavity, increase the cube content in the finished product discharge, reduce the needle-like content, and make the finished product uniform in particle size;
Increasing the distance between the crushing wall and the rolling mortar wall in each stroke not only allows more materials to enter the crushing chamber but also forms a larger discharge volume, which accelerates the speed of materials passing through the crushing chamber, thus increasing the processing capacity of the equipment.
Using labyrinth combination, grease sealing, impurities are difficult to enter the body, ensuring the cleanliness of lubricating oil and prolonging the service life of sliding bearings and thrust ball bearings;
There are two types of spring cone crusher: standard type and short head type, each type is equipped with a variety of cavity types, which can be suitable for medium and fine crushing of various hardness materials and cope with various working conditions.
